Survivor's Hope Crisis Centre provides support and services to sexual assault survivors through programming throughout the Interlake Eastern Region of Manitoba. We provide sexual assault crisis intervention and support to survivors and secondary victims of sexual assault through our SARAH Program, act as an educational resource for schools through our SADI Program, and engage community and service providers through projects under our Reaching Out Program. The Staff House Bed & Breakfast is a beautifully restored & upgraded historical home formerly occupied by Manitoba Hydro employees. Built in the late 1920’s to house single men working on the construction of the Seven Sisters Power Dam, the house was occupied until the mid 1990’s. The location of the property enables guests to visit the dam, local trails, the Whitemouth & Whiteshell Parks as well as many other sites and recreational opportunities in this area. Stays at The Staff House Bed & Breakfast include a deluxe suite, a full breakfast and use of amenities on the property.

Thistlewood is a great place to stop and shop pottery. I have shelves filled with mugs, bowls, pitchers, etc. I also hold handbuild classes where you can use the tools for building various items or try your hand at the wheel.

Thistlewood is a cozy little store located in the same building as Penner Underground. There is a wide selection of pottery, curated giftware and baby items, along with a few hands on pottery classes.

My goal is to support families with infant and toddler sleep. I have structured my practice as an Occupational Therapist to allow families to apply for their services to be reimbursed through eligible insurance plans. Plans include support for before and after baby arrives. Plans include a holistic approach identifying how baby is feeding, sleeping, developing physically and how parents are functioning emotionally to create a plan that works best for the entire family.
